At Bettervits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
